This session is your introduction. We run through your nutritional assessment, set SMART goals and establish your area of focus. This could be women's health, gut health, emotional eating, weight management or any other area that you wish to focus on. If you are looking to work on a specific area, our services can be catered and tailored to you. Please describe what you wish to work on in the evaluation form filled in prior to our session.
